The Best Design Awards, held at Spark Arena, Auckland, each year, are an annual showcase of excellence in graphic, spatial, product, interactive and motion design.
Third-year Bachelor of Architectural Studies student Bailey Nolet is a finalist in the Student Spatial category.
Bailey’s entry, “Dunedin Architectural Centre”, proposes a minimalist brick building with strong curved lines and circular interior spaces. Bailey’s ambitious design aims to provide a precinct for architectural students and practitioners in Dunedin with an architectural library, archival and exhibition spaces.
Bailey left MAC in 2016 and has recently completed a 3 year Bachelor of Architectural Studies at Otago Polytechnic in Dunedin. Big Congratulations to Bailey.
