Robots need humans! The report; Humans Wanted Robots Need not Apply from a company called Manpower (shouldn’t that be ‘Humanpower’?) has said that automation is actually creating jobs in New Zealand. This report published in May 2019 says that yes, companies are investing in digital technologies, but also shifting routine jobs to robots and creating new jobs. To my mind these new jobs will require the 4 C’s;

- Critical Technology
- Creativity
- Cross-Cultural
